As Steve begins work as a full-fledged bad guy, he must confront the inevitable demons exist to torment the damned, and Hell's former handyman-in-chief doesn't seem to have the stomach for the work.
Still, there's no alternative for our hero. Once a demon, always a demon, as the saying goes. Steve's stuck in his new role, but really, what good to anyone is a reluctant demon?

I've liked to whole series. Books one and two were the best. The mushy lines with Steve and Florence are a bit much. But, it's a witty and interesting story. I've been waiting over a year for a new book with the recently saved Steve Minion returning to the nine circles and causing problems for Hell's management.Product details

Again, not going to win a Pulitzer. Kind of a non-chick-lit beach or commuter read. I think it's the end of the series and I'm kind of sad. A unique (and funny) take on hell and how people end up there. Who knew it was a bureaucracy?
A light, farsical novel months nature of good and evil, moving, touching even, with lots of funny moments and wordplay. Some repetition across volumes are endurable. Nice joke on military and on bootcamp, and most entertaining revisiting of figures such as Faust and Freud. Most enjoyable novel in months! Surely entertaining.
and now that the serie is over i hope mr cain will go on writing about hell s super and his friends.this last book was by far the most interesting ,full of humour and with a final surprise,highly recommended
